1. All first time shooters to BigShots Indoor Range are required to view the Safety Video and read and sign a liability waiver before being permitted to shoot on the firearm range. All shooters will review and resign the range liability waiver at least annually.
  2. Follow all commands from the Range Safety Officer (RSO).
  3. Firearms may only be uncased, handled and loaded in the stall. When not in use, firearms will be on the bench with actions open and facing up, chambers empty, muzzles pointing downrange and safety on.
  4. Do not exchange firearms with another lane – shooters move between lanes, not the firearms.
  5. Shoot only at authorized targets. Fire only at your own target – no cross lane shooting.
  6. Drawing from the holster is prohibited.
  7. Automatic firearms or Slidefire equipped firearms will be fired in controlled bursts only.
  8. Shooter must know and understand the operating and safety features of the firearms they are using.
  9. Keep firearms pointed level and downrange at all times when handling, loading, unloading and shooting.
  10. Eye and ear protection are required prior to entering the range and must be worn when on the range.
  11. All firearms must be cases and unladed or holstered while going into and out of the facility. Concealed Handgun permit holders with a valid permit may carry concealed while in the facility.
  12. Do not remove any loaded or jammed firearm from the stall. If there is a problem, lay the firearm on the shooting bench and notify the RSO.
  13. If you observe an unsafe condition, give the command “CEASE FIRE” and report to the RSO.
  14. If you heat “CEASE FIRE,” immediately stop all activity, set your firearm on the bench, and back away from the shooting stalls. Shooters may not re-enter the stall or handle their firearm until the RSO gives the “ALL CLEAR” signal.
  15. Under no circumstances are shooters allowed to cross the RED LINE for any reason.
  16. You may only retrieve brass fired by you in your shooting stall.
  17. No food, gum, or tobacco is admitted inside the range. Taking pictures is allowed on a limited basis.
  18. When leaving the range thoroughly wash your hands using de-lead hand soap provided in the restroom.
  19. Horseplay is prohibited. Anyone who acts in an unsafe manner will be escorted from the facility immediately.
  20. Children must be at least 12 years of age and at least 48” in height to be allowed on the range and must be under the direct supervision of their parent/guardian. Anyone under 18 years of age is prohibited from possessing or shooting handguns without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  21. Rifle ammunition to be used on the range will be inspected to ensure it will not present a potential safety hazard. Steel core, steel jacketed, incendiary or tracer rounds are strictly prohibited.
  22. Alcohol or drug use before or while shooting is prohibited. Any person suspected of drug or alcohol use will be escorted off the property immediately.
  23. Women who are pregnant should consult their doctor prior to engaging in shooting sports. Pregnant women accept risk for both themselves and their unborn child/children.
  24. All shooters are advised that BigShots uses video surveillance from multiple angles. Uncontrolled or careless shooting resulting in damage to equipment is prohibited. Violators will have range privileges revoked and will be held liable for damages.
