NEW FIREARMS: New firearms, fired or not, are non-refundable. All warranty issues MUST be handled by the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer. However, BigShots is not responsible for the cost of shipping to/from the manufacturer or any cost for repairs. Please read your firearm’s manual and warranty information to understand your specific warranty.
